During World War II, the German Wehrmacht used the Leichter Ladungsträger, a remote-controlled demolition vehicle operated via an electric cable and nicknamed Goliath. This vehicle, which resembled a mini-tank without a turret, was capable of transporting 60 to 100 kg of explosives (both a fully electric version, the SdKfz 302, and a gasoline-powered version, the SdKfz 303, were produced) to the target and detonate them. The Goliath itself was transported to its combat position on a two-wheeled cart. This cart was towed by vehicles or pulled by human power. Tamiya produces a 1/35 scale model of the electric version of the SdKfz 302 Goliath, but without the cart. That is why we have created a transport cart for the Goliath as a cast model.
