1/48 A6M Bulkhead with Seat in BOTTOM position - ASK 3D Print rec. for Fine Molds
ASK 1/48 A6M Zero: a 3D-printed bulkhead behind the cockpit with the pilot seat in the bottom position. A single part recommended for the new Fine Molds A6M5 Model 52 kits.
The 1/48 ASK print combines the bulkhead behind the pilot, the perforated seat and its height adjustment mechanism with linkages, struts and toothed quadrant into one unit. The seat is shown in the bottom, fully lowered position. The bulkhead frame with rows of holes and rivets is shaped for the fuselage of the Fine Molds kits.
The Zero's seat was adjustable for height, so ASK offers the same part in bottom, middle and top positions. Recommended kits are the 1/48 Fine Molds A6M5 Model 52 (FZ01 Mitsubishi-built, FZ02 Nakajima-built), released as new tools in 2024. The Mitsubishi A6M Zero was the principal carrier fighter of the Imperial Japanese Navy in WWII.
