1/72 Bf 109E-3 one-sided express fit mask for Tamiya
ASK masks for the Bf 109E-3 from the Tamiya kit in 1/72 scale, in a one-sided Express version. Masks 1–15 cover the outer side of the panes of the more rounded E-3 canopy, and circular masks complete the sheet.
The masks are an in-house ASK design, drawn directly for the clear parts of the Tamiya Bf 109E-3 kit in 1/72 scale. The sheet of one-sided set ASK 200-M72072 from the SCALE MASK range carries masks 1–15 for the outer side of the windscreen and canopy panes. Below them are four circular masks numbered 17 and two small masks numbered 16. There is no section marked WHEELS.
Besides two MG 17 machine guns in the fuselage, the Bf 109E-3 carried two MG FF cannon in the wings; 1,276 were built, including 83 E-3a export aircraft. It differs from the later E-4 by its more rounded canopy. The set is intended for the Tamiya plastic kit in 1/72 scale.
