1/72 MiG-29C Fulcrum Izdeliye 9.13
Trumpeter 1/72 MiG-29C Fulcrum (izdeliye 9.13) is a plastic kit of the fighter with the enlarged spine. The decals cover one Russian and one Ukrainian aircraft. Paints and glue are not included.
The MiG-29 9.13 production series differs from the basic 9.12 by its markedly humped spine behind the cockpit, which houses an additional fuel tank and electronic warfare equipment. After the break-up of the USSR these aircraft were taken over by, among others, the Russian and Ukrainian air forces.
The decals offer two options: blue 33 of the Russian Air Force and white 44 of the Ukrainian Air Force. The second sheet carries stencils for R-27, R-73E and R-60 missiles as well as instrument panel decals. The canopy is clear.
Modellers can therefore choose between a Russian and a Ukrainian version of the same type, and the weapons allow a typical air-to-air configuration. Paints and glue required for assembly are not included.
Nationality: Russia, Ukraine. Period: Present day.
