1/32 B5N2 Kate open canopy - double-sided express mask for Infinity
ASK Express masks for the B5N2 Kate in 1/32 scale, double-sided and intended for the open canopy of the Infinity plastic kit. Two sheets cover the panes inside and out.
ASK designs this set itself, directly for the canopy panes of the Infinity Nakajima B5N2 Kate kit in 1/32 scale in the open position. Set ASK 200-M32095 from the SCALE MASK range is designed for building the model with the canopy open. It comes on two sheets with masks 1–64 – rectangular and trapezoidal masks for the individual panes of the long canopy, triangular masks and circular masks 32. The double-sided layout adds masks for the inner side of the frames. For the open canopy there is also the one-sided set 200-M32096; for the closed canopy, sets 200-M32097 and 200-M32098.
The Nakajima B5N2, codenamed Kate by the Allies, was an Imperial Japanese Navy carrier torpedo bomber with a three-man crew. It took part in the attack on Pearl Harbor and in the 1942 battles against American aircraft carriers. The masks are intended for 1/32 scale.
