1/32 F-86K Sabre Dog double-sided express fit mask for Kitty Hawk
ASK mask Express Fit for the Kitty Hawk F-86K Sabre Dog in 1/32 scale, in a double-sided version. Besides exterior masks for the windscreen, canopy and wheels, it includes masks for the inner side of the cockpit frames.
ASK designed the mask itself, directly for the windscreen and sliding canopy of the Kitty Hawk F-86K Sabre Dog kit in 1/32 scale. Sheet ASK 200-M32106 from the SCALE MASK range carries exterior windscreen and canopy masks (1–9), small masks 10–16, ring-shaped wheel masks 17 and 18 and a separate group 19–27 for the inner side of the glazing.
“Sabre Dog” was the nickname of the radar-equipped F-86D family, from which the F-86K was derived for European NATO allies. Cannon replaced the rocket armament, and the type served with the West German, Italian, Dutch and Norwegian air forces among others. The one-sided version of the set is 200-M32105.
