    ASK designed the mask itself, directly for the individual panes of the framed canopy of the Tamiya F4U-1 Corsair “Birdcage” kit in 1/32 scale. Set 200-M32102 from the SCALE MASK range comes on one sheet with numbered masks for the windscreen, the side and upper canopy panels and the rear windows. The sheet also carries small round masks.

    The early F4U-1 Corsair had a canopy divided by many frames, hence the “Birdcage” nickname. Later versions received a hood with fewer frames. Modellers who also want to mask the inner side of the glazing can choose the double-sided version 200-M32101.
