Trumpeter 1/35 AH-64A Apache Early represents the early attack helicopter intended primarily to defeat armoured targets. Its two crew members sit in tandem, with the pilot behind the co-pilot/gunner. The A version offers a subject from the Apache’s early service, distinct from later upgrades.
Box 05114 offers both engines with open-cover options, a tandem cockpit with photo-etched seat belts and open cockpit doors. Armament comprises the under-fuselage gun, Hellfire missiles and rocket pods. Decals offer two American schemes. These options allow the technical equipment to remain visible on the finished model. Paints and glue required for assembly are not included.
