Das Werk 1/35 Kanonenjagdpanzer / Beobachtungspanzer is a kit of a German post-war tank fighter and its observation variant, allowing to build one of two Cold War versions. The package does not include the paint or glue needed for assembly.
The Kanonenjagdpanzer and its observation variant, the Beobachtungspanzer, are among the iconic armored vehicles of the postwar German Bundeswehr. This tank destroyer, equipped with a 90mm cannon, stood out for its low profile and robust construction, making it ideal for defensive missions as part of NATO’s strategy during the Cold War. The observation variant was designed for artillery support and fire coordination.
The Das Werk 1/35 scale model kit offers:
