Miryoku ratchet tie-down straps in 1:35 scale reproduce complete ratchet tie-down straps for securing crates, tarps, equipment, and other cargo. The package contains 6 complete straps; the combination of photo-etched metal parts and micro-textile straps preserves the fine detail of the ratchet and the natural curve of the strap.

Recommended Procedure

1. Determine the routing and required length of the strap in advance based on the cargo.
2. Carefully shape the photo-etched parts and thread the micro-textile tape through them according to the instructions.
3. First, dry-fit the assembly, create a natural tension, and only then secure it with spot gluing.
4. Paint the metal parts and the strap in contrasting colors; a light patina will help blend the strap into the scene.

Use model paints for the final color finish; attach the photo-etched parts with a small amount of cyanoacrylate adhesive. Neither the model nor the cargo are included in the package.
