1/35th scale plastic model of British CVR(T) Scimitar Mk.2 TES(H) reconnaissance vehicle from Operation Herrick mission in Afghanistan.
The model is an upgraded version of the British CVR(T) Scimitar Mk.2 tracked reconnaissance vehicle, used by the British Army since 2010. The original Scimitar entered service in 1971, with the Mk.2 TES(H) (Theatre Entry Standard - Herrick) incorporating additional armour and protective features developed for deployment as part of the Operation Herrick mission in Afghanistan.
The 1/35th scale kit from Gecko Models features etched parts, decals and detailed detailing of the exterior and protective features. The model is intended for more experienced modelers who want to portray modern conflicts in a realistic scale.
The kit does not contain glue, brush or paint.
