1/35 USMC AH-1Z VIPER - Inside rubber mask
Miryoku MIR/C35001 is a set of flexible interior masks for the AH-1Z Viper helicopter from Academy in 1:35 scale. The masks protect the inside of the transparent parts when painting the cockpit interior.
The Miryoku MIR/C35001 Inside Rubber Mask is a set of precisely cut flexible masks designed for the inside of the glazing of the Academy USMC AH-1Z Viper model kit in 1:35 scale. It allows you to neatly separate the transparent areas when painting the inside canopy frames and saves you the trouble of hand-cutting masks to fit the shape of individual parts.

Recommended Procedure
- First, wash and degrease the transparent parts, then let them dry completely.
- Handle individual masks with tweezers and check their position against the shape of the glazing before pressing them into place.
- Carefully press down the edges with a smooth tool, especially in the corners and along curved frames.
- Apply the paint in several thin layers to prevent it from pooling at the edges of the masks.
- Carefully remove the masks with tweezers after the paint has dried, but before the coating has fully cured.
Note: This set is intended for the inside of the glazing. This is not a set of painting stencils for national insignia. The plastic model kit is not included in the package.
Use model paints and primers to finish the project.
