Kit 05638 contains over 2,200 parts, photo-etched details and a display stand. Included aircraft types comprise F-35C, EA-18G, MH-60S, MV-22, F/A-18 Super Hornet and E-2C. These are the types supplied in the kit, rather than a documented air wing for a particular mission. Decals cover both the ship and aircraft.
