1/350 Z-9 (6 aircraft)
The Trumpeter 1/350 Z-9 contains six small plastic kits of the Chinese helicopter. Each helicopter has its own sprue moulded in clear plastic, and the finished model measures about 33 mm.
The Harbin Z-9 is the Chinese licence-built version of the French Aérospatiale AS365 Dauphin, recognisable by its fenestron tail rotor set into the fin. It serves with the Chinese armed forces in numerous variants, including aboard warships.
Box 06260 contains six clear plastic sprues, each with one helicopter. According to the box, both the model length and rotor diameter are 33 mm. The set belongs to Trumpeter's 1/350 Aircraft Sets range, which equips ship models with embarked aircraft and helicopters.
The tiny miniatures complement models of Chinese warships in 1/350 scale, and with six in the box there are enough for several models or a diorama. Paints and glue required for assembly are not included.
