1/48 A6M5 Zero Type 52a OVERTREES
Eduard 82216X A6M5 Zero Type 52a OVERTREES 1/48 is a plastic kit of the Japanese carrier-based fighter. This OVERTREES set offers the sprues without decals or instructions. Paints and glue required for assembly are not included.
The A6M5a Model 52a (Kō) built on the Model 52. Thicker wing skinning allowed higher diving speeds, and the Type 99 wing cannon were belt-fed instead of using drum magazines. The plastic parts come from the Eduard A6M5 Zero Type 52a kit in 1/48 scale.
Eduard OVERTREES are a way to obtain a complete set of plastic sprues of a particular kit. They are released occasionally and only for a limited time. Decals, instructions, photo-etch and masks are not included, so the edition suits modellers with their own markings and instructions or serves as a source of parts for conversions.
