1/48 Aero C-3A one-sided express fit mask for Special Hobby
ASK masks for the Special Hobby Aero C-3A in 1/48 scale, in the one-sided self-adhesive Express Fit version. They cover the outer side of the glazed nose, cockpit and side windows.
ASK draws up this set itself, matched directly to the parts of the Special Hobby Aero C-3A kit in 1/48 scale. The Aero C-3A was the post-war Czechoslovak version of the German twin-engined Siebel Si 204D, built by Aero for pilot training. The Czechoslovak Air Force and the Svazarm organisation used it until the second half of the 1950s. A defining feature of the type is the stepless glazed nose housing the crew cockpit.
Sheet ASK 200-M48167 from the SCALE MASK range carries masks 1–29 for the outer side of the glazing: a fan of shaped masks 14–25 for the glazed nose, masks for the front and side cockpit panes, curved strips 26 and 28, rectangular window masks 27 and circular masks 29. The masks are shaped for the Special Hobby kit in 1/48 scale.
