1/48 Culver PQ-14B

The Culver PQ-14B was an American unmanned training target developed during World War II for anti-aircraft artillery training. Derived from the civilian Culver Cadet aircraft, the PQ-14B was equipped with remote control and distinctive coloring for easy visibility during training. The aircraft were used by both the U.S. Air Force and the Navy.

This 1/48 scale kit from the Ukrainian brand Clear Prop features very fine details, realistic rendering of the fuselage, landing gear, and cockpit, and high-quality decals for several different aircraft. Thanks to its unique subject matter, the model is an interesting addition to a collection focused on lesser-known World War II aircraft.
