The F-4B Phantom Early Fin Tip Fairing and Rudder (separate) is a 1/48-scale resin accessory set from CMK.
The SOP fin tip for the early F-4B version is not included in the Tamiya kit. We have cast it separately along with a movable rudder surface. In photographs of actual aircraft, the rudder is often deflected. However, in the kit, the rudder is part of the SOP and cannot be deflected. The cast rudder with photo-etched hinges corrects this flaw.
This is an add-on set; the plastic kit, paints, and glue are not included in the package unless explicitly stated by the manufacturer.
Recommended Use
- Before assembly, degrease, clean, and dry-fit the part
- Use an adhesive suitable for resin
- We recommend applying a primer before painting
- Model paints, brushes, or an airbrush are suitable for finishing
