Hobby Boss 1/48 F/A-18E Super Hornet is a plastic kit of an aircraft for assembly. The single-seat Super Hornet E is a larger, more powerful carrier aircraft than the original Hornet A/C. Large angular intakes and an enlarged airframe are characteristic identifiers.
The kit includes intake trunks, an F414-GE-400 engine, exhaust nozzle interiors, cockpit and gear-bay details. A boarding ladder, weapons and clear canopy are supplied. Length is 380.4 mm and wingspan 272.5 mm. Paints and glue required for assembly are not included.
