Special Hobby 1/48 IMAM (Romeo) Ro-57bis is a plastic model of a WWII Italian twin-engine fighter-bomber. Ro.57bis was created by modifying the original interceptor for operational use as a fighter-bomber. It entered service as part of the 97° Gruppo from February 1943, with only 60 produced in total.
The kit contains three frames of plastic parts, a frame of clear parts, detailed resin parts and photo-etched parts. Included are decals for three different machines in fighter-bomber trim. This model is suitable for more experienced modellers interested in lesser known Italian aircraft. The package does not include paint or glue needed for assembly.
