1/48 T-33A double-sided painting mask for Great Wall Hobby
ASK masks for the Great Wall Hobby Lockheed T-33A Shooting Star plastic kit in 1/48 scale are double-sided. They cover the windscreen and tandem canopy inside and out, and the sheet adds a row of circular masks.
These are masks of ASK's own design, drawn up from the clear parts of the Great Wall Hobby T-33A Shooting Star kit in 1/48 scale. Sheet ASK 200-M48042 from the SCALE MASK range (DOUBLE-SIDED) carries windscreen masks and canopy frame strips for the outer side and, in the INTERIOR section, their counterparts for the inner side. The right-hand column and bottom row contain circular masks.
The T-33 was derived from the P-80 Shooting Star jet fighter by lengthening the fuselage and adding a second seat. The T-33A first flew on 22 March 1948 and served as an advanced trainer with the USAF and many other air forces; 6,557 were built in total. The masks match the clear parts of the Great Wall Hobby T-33A kit in 1/48 scale.
