1/48 TF-104G Starfighter double-sided express fit mask for Kinetic
ASK mask for the Kinetic TF-104G Starfighter in 1/48 scale, in a double-sided Express Fit version. Two sheets carry masks for the tandem cockpit glazing, for both the outer and the inner side, plus ring-shaped masks.
ASK designs the masks specifically for the parts of the Kinetic TF-104G Starfighter kit in 1/48 scale. Double-sided set 200-M48287 from the SCALE MASK range comes on two sheets, one for the outer and one for the inner side of the glazing. The first carries large shaped masks 8, 9, 15 and 16, outline strips, small masks 17–19 and ring-shaped masks 21 and 22, the second higher-numbered masks (including 23, 31 and 36).
The two-seat TF-104G Starfighters were used to train pilots for the air forces flying the F-104G. With the long glazing of the tandem cockpit, masks for the inner side of the frames are well worth having. The one-sided version of the set is 200-M48286.
