1/48 UH-60A Black Hawk one-sided express fit mask for ICM
ASK mask for the ICM UH-60A Black Hawk in 1/48 scale, in a one-sided Express Fit version. The numbered masks cover the cockpit glazing and the cabin windows from the outside, with round and ring masks added.
This set is ASK's own design, shaped to the clear parts of the ICM UH-60A Black Hawk kit in 1/48 scale. Sheet ASK 200-M48296 from the SCALE MASK range carries masks 1–24: large trapezoid masks 5 and 7 with the narrower mask 6, four identical rectangular masks numbered 8, the shaped masks 1–4 and 9–14, the oval masks 18–20, the trapezoid masks 21 and 22 and the ring masks 23 and 24. This one-sided version does not cover the inner side of the panes.
The Sikorsky UH-60A Black Hawk won the US Army UTTAS competition in 1976 and from 1979 replaced the UH-1 Iroquois as the Army’s tactical transport helicopter. The original version, with T700-GE-700 engines, was built from 1977 to 1989 and carried up to 11 troops. The double-sided version of the set is 200-M48297.
