Hobby Boss 1/48 B-24D Liberator is a plastic kit of an aircraft for assembly. The D version features a long glazed nose. Decals provide three USAAF aircraft: two with olive upper surfaces and one in a sand to pinkish-brown finish. The model has a wingspan of 694.6mm and a length of 430.3mm.
The interior includes cockpit seats and bulkheads as well as a bomb bay with bombs. Clear parts glaze the nose, cockpit and gun turrets; waist guns, engine fronts and separate control surfaces are also included. Three rubber tyres are complemented by a photo-etched fret with harnesses, grilles and small details. Paints and glue required for assembly are not included.
