1/48 US Ordnance Set 1 - AMK

AMK US Ordnance Set 1 is a plastic aircraft ordnance set in 1/48 scale, designed for modern U.S. jet aircraft.

The set is useful when you want to build a more convincing loadout on modern naval or tactical aircraft. It includes missiles, bombs, rocket pods and external pods for a more realistic stores configuration.

Included items include AIM-54, AIM-7 and AIM-9 missiles, GBU-31, GBU-16, GBU-12, GBU-38 and Mk.82 bombs, LAU-3 and LAU-68 rocket pods, and the TARPS pod.

Recommended Use

• Dry-fit each store on the selected model and pylons before gluing.
• Carefully clean the mould seams on bombs and missiles and add fine decals or markings for the selected loadout.
• For a realistic finish, use primer, precise painting, a subtle wash and a final varnish suitable for the selected ordnance.

For assembly we recommend model glues, putties and sanding tools, primers, model paints and decal solutions. You will need your own glue and paints for the build.
