Trumpeter 1/700 Minsk represents the second Kiev-class ship with its distinctive divided deck layout. The aviation area occupies the angled deck while weapon systems fill the bow, and the island stands to starboard. This silhouette sets Minsk apart from carriers with a full-length flight deck.
The complete kit contains 123 parts. Major components comprise the upper hull to the waterline, lower hull, deck and bridge, complemented by brass propellers. The gallery shows the full-hull model on a stand. Its 387 mm length and 78 mm width indicate the display space needed for the completed ship. Paints and glue required for assembly are not included.
Nationality: USSR / Russia. Period: Cold War.
