Trumpeter 1/700 USS Tennessee BB-43 1941 depicts the US battleship in her 1941 configuration. Twin cage masts define the silhouette before the extensive later modernisation, distinguishing this model from Tennessee’s rebuilt wartime appearance.
Release 05781 contains over 420 parts and alternative lower pieces for full-hull or waterline assembly. The plastic deck reproduces plank texture. Two OS2U Kingfishers accompany decals with number 43, flags and US national markings. Photo-etched masts, cranes and catapult make fine-detail assembly a notable part of the project; a stand and nameplate are supplied. Paints and glue required for assembly are not included.
