Hobby Boss 1/72 Mitsubishi A5M2 Claude is a plastic kit of an aircraft for assembly. The carrier-based A5M2 fighter preceded the well-known A6M Zero. Its open cockpit, fixed undercarriage and low-wing layout represent an earlier generation of Japanese naval aviation; its Allied reporting name was Claude.
The manufacturer lists three sprues and separate principal wing and fuselage parts. The clear component forms the cockpit windscreen. The model has a 153 mm wingspan and a modest part count for a compact basic airframe assembly. Paints and glue required for assembly are not included.
Nationality: Japan. Period: World War II.
