The de Havilland Tiger Moth ranks among the best-known British training aircraft. It first flew in 1931 and entered RAF service as a trainer the following year, going on to prepare thousands of RAF and Commonwealth pilots. The type remained in RAF service until 1959 and is still closely associated with the world of historic flying.

This release includes two specific marking options. One represents the aircraft flown by Major Glenn E. Duncan of the 353rd Fighter Group, USAAF, at Station 366/RAF Metfield, Suffolk, in September 1943. The other depicts a Royal Australian Navy aircraft from HMAS Albatross, Naval Air Station Nowra, New South Wales, in the 1950s.

Inside the box are the 42-part plastic kit, decal sheet, assembly instructions and paint guide for both versions.
