1/72 F-15I IAF RA´AM double-sided painting mask for Great Wall Hobby
ASK masks for the Great Wall Hobby F-15I Ra'am in 1/72 scale, in a double-sided self-adhesive version. Frame masks cover the canopy outside (1–6) and inside (INTERIOR, 7–12); the WHEELS section holds wheel masks.
The sizes and shapes of the masks come from ASK's own design for one specific kit – the Great Wall Hobby F-15I Ra'am in 1/72 scale. Sheet ASK 200-M72001 from the SCALE MASK range is divided into three parts: frame masks 1–6 for the outer side of the canopy, the INTERIOR section with masks 7–12 for the inner side, and the WHEELS section with masks T1–T4 and a pair of T17. The masks follow the outline of each canopy pane; the pane areas inside the outlines are not covered by the sheet. The second product photo shows the placement of the masks on the outside (EXTERIOR) and inside (INTERIOR) of the canopy.
The F-15I is the Israeli version of the two-seat F-15E Strike Eagle and is known in the Israeli Air Force as the Ra'am (“Thunder”). Israel ordered the type in 1994; 25 were built between 1996 and 1998 and are flown by No. 69 Squadron. It differs from the US F-15E in parts of its avionics, including an Israeli electronic warfare suite.
