1/72 F3D Skyknight over Korea (New cockpit interior and masks) - Sword models

The Sword F3D-2 Skyknight over Korea is a 1/72-scale plastic model kit designed to be assembled and painted.

The Douglas F3D-2 Skyknight was a jet-powered night fighter deployed during the Korean War. This reissue features a new cockpit interior and painting masks.

The kit offers four markings for the U.S. Navy.

Building Recommendations

• Before gluing, we recommend dry-fitting the parts and checking the geometry of the wings, tail surfaces, and landing gear.
• It is advisable to prepare the cockpit, canopies, landing gear bays, and antennas as separate subassemblies.
• For a clean finish, use primer, thin layers of model paints, decal solution, and a final coat of clear coat according to your chosen color scheme.

Model adhesives, fillers, sanding materials, primers, model paints, and decal solutions are suitable for this build. Paints and adhesive are not included in the kit unless otherwise specified.
