We offer this German twin-engine tandem fast bomber project as a resin model in the Planet Models series. The castings come with decals and vacuum-formed cockpits; the landing gear legs are made of special hardened polyurethane. The Lippisch P.13 project was developed under the leadership of Josef Hubert, head of Lippisch’s aerodynamics department, within the Messerschmitt Group. After Lippisch’s design office was dissolved within the group, work on the P.13 was halted. Later, this designation was assigned to entirely different projects.
The resin parts require trimming, test fitting, and gluing with a suitable adhesive. Paint, adhesive, and tools are not typically included in the package.
