1/72 P-38M Night Lightning - DRAGON + CARTOGRAF + PMASK
H2K 1/72 P-38M Night Lightning is a night fighter version of the famous American WWII aircraft. The model is based on Dragon molds and features top-of-the-line Cartograf decals and PMASK masks. The package does not include paint or glue needed for assembly.
The Lockheed P-38M Night Lightning was a night fighter version of the P-38 Lightning, a twin-turboprop aircraft that featured high speed, long range, and a unique design. The M version was created at the end of World War II by converting some P-38Ls, installing a second cockpit behind the pilot for the radio operator and giving the aircraft an AN/APS-4 radar mounted under the nose.
This conversion allowed the P-38 to fulfill the role of a night fighter, especially when deployed in the Pacific, where it provided protection for bombers and pursued Japanese machines at night.
The 1/72nd scale kit uses Dragon's detailed molds and is complete with high quality decals from Cartograf and PMASK masks for ease of use.
The package does not include the paint or glue needed for assembly.
