Hobby Boss 1/72 P-47D Thunderbolt Razorback is a plastic kit of an aircraft for assembly. The Razorback configuration retains the raised fuselage spine behind the cockpit, distinguishing it from later bubble-canopy Thunderbolts. The P-47 combined a robust airframe with escort fighter and ground-support duties.
The manufacturer lists over 30 parts, three sprues and separate principal fuselage and wing components. A clear part provides the cockpit glazing. Paints and glue required for assembly are not included.
