AZ Model 1/72 Spitfire Mk.IX UTI is a plastic model of a two-seat version of the famous British Spitfire fighter aircraft, which originated as a Soviet field modification for pilot training. The second cockpit was positioned just behind the original, giving the aircraft a unique appearance, and was used during the introduction of Lend-Lease technology to the Soviet Air Force.
The Premium Edition kit includes:
- splash masks for landing gear wheels, nose plate and both cockpit overlays
- decals for 4 camouflage variants
- 1/72 scale model with 156 mm wingspan and 129 mm length
The kit is suitable for more experienced modellers and allows you to build an interesting training version of a well-known type. The package does not contain the paints or glues needed for assembly.
