Part of the Aero Line range, Plus Model 1/72 Wheels for DC-6/C-118 replaces the wheels of the Heller kit with resin castings. The manufacturer designates the set for the DC-6 or its military C-118 Liftmaster version in 1/72 scale.

The Douglas DC-6 was a four-engined piston airliner of the late 1940s. The US Air Force operated the military version as the C-118 Liftmaster, the US Navy as the R6D. On a large transport parked on the apron the wheels are a prominent feature, which makes replacing them worthwhile on a display model.
