AK Acrylics 3GEN Aircraft Series Amt-4 (a-24m) Green (17 ml)
AK Interactive AK11915 AMT-4 (A-24m) Green is an acrylic paint from the 3GEN Aircraft Series (18 ml). From mid-1941, AMT-4 green was one of the camouflage colours of Soviet mixed-construction military aircraft.
From mid-1941 until summer 1943, AK Interactive explains, all mixed-construction military aircraft wore the AMT-4/AMT-6/AMT-7 scheme: green and black above, light blue below. After summer 1943, AMT-4 remained in the four-colour scheme of non-fighter aircraft, and as A-24m it covered the upper surfaces of all-metal non-fighters together with A-21m.
The colour is included in the AK11741 Soviet Aircraft Colors 1941-1945 set. It is a third-generation (3GEN) acrylic for brush and airbrush, for which the maker claims high pigmentation and coverage; the bottle holds 18 ml. It is relevant to a large share of Soviet Second World War aircraft.
