AK Acrylics 3GEN Aircraft Series Duck Egg Blue FS 35622 (17 ml)
AK Interactive AK11880 Duck Egg Blue FS 35622 is a 3GEN Aircraft Series acrylic in an 18 ml bottle. The maker cites FS 35622 as the underside colour of the Israeli Air Force desert camouflage introduced after the Six-Day War.
AK Interactive includes the colour in the AK11752 Israeli Air Force Colors set. According to the set description, after the Six-Day War the Israeli Air Force introduced a scheme with upper surfaces in FS 30219, FS 33531 and FS 34227 and undersides in FS 35622. It remained standard for most tactical aircraft and helicopters until the early 1980s; with the delivery of the first F-16s in 1980, FS 36375 light grey replaced FS 35622 on combat aircraft.
Duck Egg Blue is a third-generation (3GEN) acrylic designed for brush and airbrush; the manufacturer states high pigmentation and coverage. The bottle contains 18 ml.
