Armageddon Battalion: Deathwatch

The Deathwatch Kill Team is an elite unit of Space Marines dedicated to fighting alien threats in the dark galaxy of the 41st millennium. Deathwatch is a unique chapter made up of veterans selected from various Space Marine chapters who serve under the command of the Inquisition. These warriors are equipped with state-of-the-art weaponry and technologies that allow them to face even the most dangerous xenos threats - from Tyranids to Orks to the mysterious forces of Chaos.

This loaded set is perfect for starting a new Imperial Agents or Deathwatch collection, or expanding your existing army. It includes enough Space Marines to build either two smaller Deathwatch units or one larger unit, plus the Corvus Blackstar - an aircraft unique to this chapter. The Corvus Blackstar is equipped with esoteric shape-masking technology and an arsenal of heavy weapons to support troops on the ground after they land. Together they form a fast and brutal army ready to face the horrors of the galaxy.

Build Contents:

Kill Team Deathwatch offers exceptional build flexibility:

• 2 sergeants (each can alternatively be assembled as a veteran)
• 2 Gravis veterans, each armed with an Infernus heavy bolter, frag cannon or hellstorm bolt rifle
• 2 veterans, each armed with a heavy thunder hammer or power maul with shield
• 2 veterans, each armed with a stalker bolt rifle or plasma incinerator
• 2 veterans, each armed with a marksman bolt carbine or combat knife

Corvus Blackstar can be armed with a double assault cannon or double lascannon and Blackstar rocket launchers or stormstrike rocket launchers. Optional hurricane bolters, auspex array and infernum halo-launcher are also available. The aircraft includes 3 airbrakes that can be assembled open or closed.

Customization options:

Each Deathwatch Kill Team model has a specific helmet head, and the kit offers 32 interchangeable bare heads, 32 interchangeable Tacticus shoulder plates, 14 interchangeable Gravis shoulder plates, and 12 interchangeable Phobos shoulder plates. This variability allows for the creation of truly unique fighters representing the various original Space Marines chapters.

Gameplay Uses:

The set provides a tactically versatile force for the game of Warhammer 40,000. The Corvus Blackstar provides quick transport and devastating fire support, while the Kill Team offers specialized roles - from heavy infantry Gravis veterans to melee specialists to snipers and tactical veterans. Deathwatch excels in missions focused on eliminating specific targets and fighting off alien threats.
