The special edition of DUAL COMBO in 1/48 scale focuses on the Japanese Naval Air Force Special Attack Units, known Tokkôtai, which deployed pilots to carry out suicide attacks on Allied ships in the final stages of World War II. These attacks were intended to slow the American advance in the Pacific and strike fear into the crews of warships.
The kit includes two complete sets of plastic parts to assemble two different aircraft used in kamikaze missions.
