💧 Gentle on Surfaces and High Quality

The main advantage of the Premium Top Coat line is its water-based formula (Aqueous Hobby Color), which minimizes the risk of damaging underlying layers:

• Maximum Gentleness: Thanks to its very mild formula, which contains no harsh solvents, this varnish will not damage sensitive surfaces. You can apply it with confidence directly over decals, washes, and most types of paints—including solvent-based (lacquer) paints—without risking dissolution or damage.

• Glossy Finish: It creates a deep, smooth, and even gloss that is essential for civilian aircraft, race cars, or as a base gloss coat before applying decals, where it effectively prevents silvering.

• Improved Formula: The high-quality resin and its thickness ensure excellent clarity and coating strength. The formulation is designed to minimize the “whitening” effect (white haze), which can occur with lower-quality paints in high-humidity conditions or when applied too thickly.

💡 Application Tips

• Shake the can thoroughly before use.

• Apply two to three thin coats from a distance of 20–25 cm.

• The paint is virtually odorless and dries quickly, which speeds up the modeling process.

• Although the spray paint is gentle, we recommend always performing a compatibility test on critical areas (e.g., hand-painted details).
