Eduard P-51B Mustang Birdcage canopy 1/48 is a kit of American fighter aircraft from WWII, processed ProfiPACK edition with detailed plastic parts, colour etched accessories, masks and decals for six camouflage schemes. The package does not include the paint or glue needed for assembly.
The North American P-51B Mustang was the first production version of the famous American fighter to be equipped with the Rolls-Royce Merlin engine, which greatly improved its performance at altitude. The B version featured a "birdcage" cockpit with a framed overlay and was deployed in 1943 on both the European and Pacific theaters.
