The FLYGVAPNET lettering and a three-crowns roundel are reproduced on the dark asphalt. The marking looks faded and scuffed, as if painted directly onto the asphalt surface. The motif suits models of Swedish Air Force aircraft in particular.
The manufacturer uses a 5 mm extruded PVC board with a colour UV print that creates an impression of surface depth. According to the manufacturer, the semi-gloss surface withstands UV light as well as modelling paints and washes. The 380 × 320 mm format is intended for 1/48 scale models; whether a particular aircraft fits depends on its span and length. Only the base is supplied.
