Tamiya 87208 is a dedicated masking tape designed for plastic modelling. The manufacturer combines strong adhesion with a thickness of just 0.08 mm, which keeps the tape flexible enough to cover uneven and curved surfaces. Its 3 mm width makes it a natural choice for car model windows, aircraft canopies and other fine work on small parts.

The 18 m roll is protected on both sides by PET plastic discs that stop the tape losing its shape or picking up dust and dirt. A plastic core keeps dust to a minimum. In the same range Tamiya also offers narrow 1 mm (87206) and 2 mm (87207) tapes.
