1/48 Australian F-111C Pig

Hobby Boss 1/48 F-111C Pig is a plastic kit of an aircraft for assembly. The Australian F-111C has extended wings and side-by-side seating. Decals offer anniversary aircraft A8-131 with a blue tail marking 30 years, and camouflaged A8-127. Model length is 483.6mm and maximum wingspan 436mm. Select stores to suit the particular Australian aircraft; some supplied weapons come from sprues shared with other F-111 versions.

The contents include the cockpit, wheel wells, nose radar and electronics bays, and bomb bay. Both engines can be detailed before closing the fuselage, after which much of their detail is concealed. Four soft tyres, separate flaps and slats, open and closed canopy parts and a selection of stores are supplied. Wing position is selected during assembly. Paints and glue required for assembly are not included.
