The Saab 17, SAAB's first production aircraft, was a dive-bomber/scout piston aircraft of Swedish nationality. It was used during World War II to defend neutral Sweden. The B 17B version was powered by a licensed Bristol Mercury engine. The aircraft is known for its technical design, where for dive bombing it lowered the landing gear which served as an aerodynamic brake. The model is well detailed. ⚠️ The kit does not contain paint or glue. These items must be purchased separately.
