The Curtiss P-40E Warhawk was one of the most important American fighter aircraft of the first half of World War II. It was a rugged, reliable and well-armed machine that fought in the hands of many Allied air forces including the USAAC, RAF, RAAF, USSR and the Republic of China. The E version brought improved armament (six .50 calibre machine guns) and increased performance, making it suitable for both bomber escort and direct support of ground troops.
The 1/72 scale kit from Kovozávod Prostějov allows you to build a realistic model of this version, complete with a selection of attractive camouflage schemes.
