S.C.C. No.15 Olive Drab is a British shade from AK Interactive's third-generation 3GEN AFV Series acrylics. It comes in an 18 ml bottle and, like the whole range, is intended for brush and airbrush.
AK includes it in two sets for British and Commonwealth vehicles. For AK11677 British Army Colors: Tunisia, Sicily & Italy 1943-45 the manufacturer notes that S.C.C. No.15 was introduced a year later than the other colours of the set, i.e. in 1944. The AK11679 British Army Colors North-West Europe 1944-45 set lists it among the four colours most commonly used on vehicles in North-West Europe until the end of the war; according to AK, Canadian, Australian and New Zealand units used them too.
