1/144 Douglas C-9 Nightingale

Sabre Kits Douglas C-9 Nightingale is a plastic kit of a military transport and medical evacuation aircraft in 1/144 scale, intended for assembly, painting and finishing in your own modelling style.

The Douglas C-9 Nightingale is based on the DC-9 family and served with the U.S. armed forces, especially in transport and medical evacuation roles.

This Sabre Kits edition includes new decals.

Building Tips

• Dry-fit the parts before gluing and clean mould seams carefully.
• For a clean finish, use primer, thin layers of model paint and decal solutions.
• Clear parts and fine details benefit from masking, a sharp hobby knife and patient painting in smaller steps.

For assembly we recommend model glues, putties and sanding tools, primers, model paints, brushes and decal solutions. You will need your own glue and paints for the build.
