1/32 Mosquito B Mk.IV double-sided fit mask for Hong Kong Model
ASK Fit masks for the HK Models Mosquito B Mk.IV (1/32), supplied as a double-sided set. The exterior masks are joined by a second sheet for the inner side of the cockpit frames.
ASK designed both sheets as its own construction, tailored to the clear parts of the B Mk.IV version in the HK Models kit in 1/32 scale. Set ASK 200-M32076 from the SCALE MASK range combines two sheets. The first holds exterior masks numbered up to 43 – windscreen, side panes, frame outline strips and small round and triangular masks – while the second carries masks numbered above 55 for the inner side of the glazing. The one-sided variant 200-M32075 contains only the exterior sheet.
Flown operationally from 1942, the Mosquito B Mk.IV, as the first bomber version built in quantity, showed that a fast, unarmed wooden bomber could fly daylight raids. The masks are shaped for the HK Models kit in 1/32 scale.
